In brief
My Australia Pharmacy lists Tastylia as tadalafil in strip form, with 10 mg and 20 mg strengths. Its notes on what the tablets treat, who should avoid them, warning signs and storage are summarised from the Australian consumer leaflet for tadalafil tablets, not written for strips.
A strip-format tadalafil product with two strength options
Tastylia is described in our supplier’s catalogue as tadalafil made as a strip, with each strip carrying either 10 mg or 20 mg. Whether the strips are included in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods has not been checked for this listing. Later sections rely on the Australian consumer leaflet for tadalafil tablets, which names erectile dysfunction in men and the urinary symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia as uses; those points apply to the tablets only.
This listing does not name the manufacturer of the product supplied, so check the label on the pack you receive and confirm with your prescriber or pharmacist that it matches your prescription.
Larger 20 mg strip packs: 40, 60 and 90 compared
Compare packs of the same strength. These examples are for 20 mg and are calculated from the listed prices at the shop’s Australian-dollar rate on 9 October 2026, before delivery or other checkout charges.
| Strength | Strips | Pack price | Price per strip |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20 mg | 40 | A$574.77 | A$14.37 |
| 20 mg | 60 | A$837.74 | A$13.96 |
| 20 mg | 90 | A$1,152.44 | A$12.80 |
Starting from the 40-strip pack, a single 20 mg strip comes down by about 2.8% in the 60 pack and by about 10.9% in the 90 pack.
A lower price per strip means a larger upfront payment. Choose only the quantity and strength appropriate to your prescription, and check the expiry date. Prices can change, so confirm the current pack price before ordering.
Two strip strengths, three tablet strengths: the form gap
Tablets of 5, 10 and 20 mg are the Cialis strengths set out in the Australian consumer leaflet. Tastylia’s 10 mg and 20 mg strips match two of those numbers, but a strip is a different dosage form, and the tablet leaflet is not a source of instructions for strips.
Penile blood flow and sexual stimulation in the tablet leaflet
Revised in October 2024, the Australian consumer leaflet for tadalafil tablets explains that, in erectile dysfunction, the tablets help the blood vessels of the penis relax and let more blood in. It adds that sexual stimulation is needed for this.
Heart attack, stroke and nitrate use: when the tablet leaflet says no
The tablet leaflet rules the tablets out for men taking nitrates, including glyceryl trinitrate and isosorbide mononitrate, for those using poppers that contain nitrites, and for those on riociguat. A heart attack in the last 3 months, a stroke in the last 6 months, uncontrolled blood pressure or sight loss from NAION are further reasons it gives for not taking them.
Grapefruit, ketoconazole and alcohol: tablet-leaflet interactions and alerts
The tablet leaflet sets a limit of one dose of the tablets in any day and says they can keep working for up to 36 hours. It flags a sudden loss of vision or hearing, an erection lasting beyond 4 hours, chest pain during or after sex, and dizziness when much alcohol has been drunk. The interaction notes name ketoconazole, protease inhibitors and alpha-blockers, together with grapefruit juice and heavy drinking.
Where the tablet storage advice stops short for strips
Under the tablet leaflet, the tablets belong below 25 °C, away from moisture, heat and sunlight. Follow the storage directions on the pack you receive.
